Welcome to KineticPhysics! By registering for an account, accessing, or using the KineticPhysics website, client, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

To keep KineticPhysics a safe and fun environment, you agree NOT to:

• Use third-party software, scripts, or exploits to cheat, hack, or modify the game client or website.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Post or share content that is illegal, offensive, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Attempt to steal or scam items, currency, or account credentials from other users.
• Spam the forums, chat, or comment sections.

4. User-Generated Content

KineticPhysics allows users to create, upload, and share content (e.g., games, models, textures). By submitting content, you grant KineticPhysics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Services. You retain ownership of your creations, but you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload them.

5. Virtual Currency and Items

KineticPhysics may feature a virtual currency or virtual items. These digital assets have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money. KineticPhysics retains the right to manage, modify, or remove virtual currency or items at its sole discretion. Selling or trading virtual items for real-world money outside of officially sanctioned KineticPhysics channels is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination of Account

KineticPhysics reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the community or the Services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. KineticPhysics does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KineticPhysics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services, or from the loss of virtual items, account data, or user-generated content.
